missing dependencies after updating clean install

Problem Description

After uninstalling and re installing Anaconda I ran spyder 5.1.5 with no errors. I ran ‘conda update anaconda’ to update spyder to version 5.2.2. now when I run spyder I get the error: You have missing dependencies

Mandatory

rtree >=0.9.7 : None (NOK)

What steps reproduce the problem?

  1. launching spyder

No error
