What is tempCodeRunnerFile?

Sometimes i compile and run, it will generate a tempCodeRunnerFile in the dir. How to avoid generate it?

It indicates that you have selected part of the code snippet and run it. To avoid it, use below setting (File->Preference->Settings) to ignore selection:

}
